We’ll try to keep a running invent0ry of plans near or just past adoption here.

The “City of Ann Arbor Master Plan Land Use Unit”, usually referred to as the “consolidated master plan” is due for a public hearing and consideration by Council sometime in November.  It is a blending of several area plans and also sets forth new policy.  The introduction incorrectly states that it was approved by Council in June 2009.

A major impediment to public review has been the difficulty of downloading this large document online.  Here are the chapters broken down into files.
